Breathwork:

There are numerous methods of focused breathing practices to evoke healing and peace. Any intentional breathing is beneficial in my opinion. Whether it is through a yogic practice, meditation or specific and methodic steps taken to bring about change in consciousness, emotions and even cellular healing - breath is intrinsic to all our lives.

We are moving toward wholeness when we breathe consciously.

Are you breathing just a little and calling it a life? –Mary Oliver

I have done breathing practices in many lineages including Stanislav Grof Holotropic Breathing and Judith Kravitz Transformational Breath. Every session has brought forth exactly what was needed in that moment for my unique healing journey.

Breath is our own perfect medicine. It opens us up to what has been resistant to the natural flow of life - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Bringing in life force and presence through our dedicated focus and willingness to stay with what is coming up to be healed.

The same presence that we so often ask others for is what we can give to ourselves in any moment, of course, but when the breath and healing are our focus we become our own shaman or healer. Our own compassionate container for our transformations can allow things we perhaps were not even aware of to come back into balance and flow.

Health is the absence of stagnation of all levels.

Valerie, I wanted to send you a brief note to say how wonderful my very first Breathwork was on Saturday. I will definitely be back this Sunday for another experience.  Certainly difficult to explain to my two colleagues who were working on me this morning... both remarking how much calmer my whole nervous system was.  I was so focused and productive the day after and continue to be today.

Thank you for being who you are in the world and bringing your healing gifts to others.

Breathwork is a powerful, safe, healing process that focus on opening the heart, clearing negativity. Intentional breathing assists one with connecting to higher states of awareness and a direct embodiment of your higher self.

Through a simple, focused breath, engaging music and devotional intention, imbalances can be addressed by your own attention. Feel the support of a safe container created to bring forth deep peace, healing and change.

Don't ask what the world needs. Ask What makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
